Hockey Star Needed Rescuing After Being Locked Out Of House | C & S Locksmiths
Detroit Red Wings star forward Tomas Tatar found himself out of luck when he locked himself out of his house. Without realizing a locksmith would be the easiest and most subtle way to gain access back into his home, Tatar contacted the local fire department to help him.
Once the Royal Oak Fire Department realized that Tatar was a Red Wing forward the entire Station One crew ended up crashing the scene! In spite of the unnecessary attention Tatar was happy to pose for pictures and sign autographs and eventually the fire crew did get Tatar back into his home.
The Royal Oak Fire Department was also happy to meet a sports celebrity and proudly boasted on their Facebook page that they helped a Red Wing gain entry back into his home.
To show his appreciation for the fire crew helping him get back into his home, Tatar gifted the station with a signed jersey.
After the dust settled from all the hand shaking, picture taking, autograph signing, and eventual door unlocking the Red Wings forward had to prepare for a face off against the Tampa Bay Lightning for the first round playoff series.
The next time Tatar is locked out he might want to more discreetly gain access to his home by calling a local locksmith.
